Liked: Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Cleaning staff always made sure we needed something and had towels.
Disliked: Bathrooms weren't clean well, especially shower. Black mold on ceiling. Thin ceilings and can hear kids jumping all hours of the night and the back service door slamming often. Red stains on carpet by bed.

The worst experience possible.

Disliked: Staff was rude. Hotel was run down and filthy. The tvs didn’t work in any of the 3 rooms staff put us in. Called booking.com to cancel reservation and was told they would send an email to the manager to request refund. Have not heard from anyone.
