Overall, I’d rate the hotel...

Liked: For the most part, the staff was nice—especially the ones I actually needed help from. There was one younger staff member who was always outside on the phone, and I had to go out and get her just to get some help.
Disliked: Towels were never washed or restocked when we needed them. The TV didn’t work the first night, but they did fix it for us the next day—others in our group weren’t as lucky, though.

Disliked: Room not cleaned when I arrived. Waited for another on different floor @ 1am. Absolutely no towels each day. Was told housekeeping was washing. No towels for my family in another room on a different floor for 2 days. Had to go to dollar general store and buy towels for my family. Also tv never worked in my room. Reported it the same night we went into the room. Was told they would let maintenance know the next morning. No tv for the remainder of my stay. Was disappointed during this stay. Check out and went to LaQuinta.

Liked: The staff was very nice and always busy. Ms. Tiffany was exceptionally nice and professional.
Disliked: The place could use a little updating.
