Disliked: Parking and requested crib from front desk lady, she advised after 10mins she would have it brought up (never received) after her and her colleague complained about a customer having to use ambulance service whom they made fun of (unprofessional)

Cleanest room we've ever stayed...

Liked: We were given a handicap room, didn't realize that's what I booked. Staff accommodated us by moving to another room because the room was adjoining and the people next door were loud.. Beds and pillows were comfy, the room itself was very homey and inviting, extremely clean!! The cleanest rooms we've ever stayed at!!
Disliked: We didn't like that our room was adjoined. The view from our window was a construction site but that'll change once they're done.
