Disliked: First, we were not informed prior to arrival that the elevator would be out of service for the duration of our stay. We were assigned a room on the third floor, which proved to be especially difficult as both I and my children have asthma. Carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs with a family of five was not only inconvenient but also physically challenging.Second, our shower was broken. Water sprayed from the top of the faucet rather than the showerhead, resulting in low water pressure and excessive water leaking across the bathroom floor.Third, the toilet flusher was malfunctioning. While it technically worked, it was not functioning properly and was difficult to use—particularly for young children.Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Upon pulling out the sofa bed, we discovered trash and debris underneath, which was very unpleasant. The floor also felt sticky, further contributing to our discomfort.
