Disappointing

Liked: They got me to the airport
Disliked: The snacks to buy are debit card only same with drinks the coffee was not the best the beds are like sleeping on a air mattress bring your own pillows this one's are like pancakes the floor needs a good cleaning

Overall great stay and worth...

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Food was not always warm. The ladies managing breakfast were always stocking and being sure everyone had what they needed.
Disliked: Hot breakfast items were not hot. At times it was warm but usually cold.

It Serves Our Purpose

Liked: The breakfast was acceptable. The selection was fine but had run out when we got there. The influx of people didn't stop while we were there. There seemed to be two ladies working and I never saw either of them smile. I wanted to give a tip but they were in the back. I feel they need to know people do appreciate the job they are doing. It helps us while we are away from home. The toaster was broken, which I didn't use but people kept trying to hold the button down to get the bread toasted and it didn't work. We went away feeling satisfied.
Disliked: The room was not what I expected. I thought it was quite spendy. The view was in the back with nothing to see. It seemed like something was missing like drawers. We had a big white wall space with some kind of receptacles on the wall. I usually empty my suit cases and rearrange them before going to the airport. We were supposed to be on the quiet floor and for awhile it became very noisy after 10 pm. The reason we stay here is that our daughter lives close by.

Wasn't the best but wasn't...

Liked: If you have small children the pool was amazing and perfect cuz it has shallow water for the kids...p The hot tub was great and the breakfast was really good too A lot of options!
Disliked: When I first arrived the girl at the front desk is not very friendly... Very short into the point I'm like a super super friendly person... Next when we went into the room everything seemed to be okay until I went to use the restroom the flusher on our toilet was about ready to come off at any time and I had two small kids with me so that terrified me! Also I went to take a shower and grab the washcloth off the towel holder and all I did was grab a washcloth and a hand towel and the thing came all the way off! This was all within 1 hour of us being there so I called the front desk right away just to make sure we wouldn't be charged for any of those things... They did fix the towel rack though!

Sub average SeaTac stay

Liked: Originally booked hotel to be close to family fun center. Our flight was delayed so ended up not having time for that.
Disliked: Communication between the hotel and van driver left us stranded at airport for over an hour,when the said it would be 30 mins.
