Exceptional

Clean, convenient location, but not...

Liked: Location has easy access to the freeway, although some noise comes with that location.
Disliked: The facilities are dated, with obvious signs of construction projects in and around the rooms. The coffee maker in the room was broken and there was a mattress leaning up against the wall at the end of the corridor.

A Quiet Gem with Convenient...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the desk and the sofa bed seating area. The breakfast includes as hot options - make your own waffles, an egg dish, 2 meats, potatoes, and mixed vegetables each day. There was also yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and apples, bananas, and oranges offered each day. I appreciated the choice of proteins. The guest laundry was clean and easy to use. The indoor pool looked very inviting although we did not indulge. The property is next to the family fun center, which I thought might be noisy, but I was wrong, it was a quiet restful location. There is access to the interurban trail behind the property, a great place for some outdoor time. The shuttle service allowed us to get to the nearby mall and transit station. The on-call service for getting back to the hotel from the light rail station after a Mariners game was much appreciated! The staff was welcoming, helpful, and professional.
Disliked: Because we had a split stay, luggage storage over several days would have been helpful for us. The addition of storage lockers, even if pay per use might be a useful addition.
