Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. Extremely limited items and quantities. Rush to close and very poor customer service in breakfast area.

Liked: Breakfast was good but only if they could change it up. We stayed for two days and breakfast was the same on day 2

Liked: The room was large and well appointed and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: They weren’t able to honor our request for a quiet room at the back away from traffic noise.

Liked: The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good. Very convenient, so you can don't have to go to a restaurant and wait.
Disliked: I think the breakfast area could be a little bit bigger. There was a big crowd and we had to wait for a table.

Average price for phx room....

Liked: The full breakfast was excellent. Even the coffee was good. Very comfortable bed, quiet room, especially being that close to the frwy and having roadwork going on. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great overnight stay.

Liked: Decent room near to PhX Airport. Free breakfast included. The price is a little high but for the location I guess it is not too bad. If you are looking for a stay close by the airport I would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Cost wise its a little too much but we stayed on a Saturday during a long weekend, so probably high due to that.
