Very disappointing, even at the...

Liked: The staff was nice and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Almost everything could have been better: the pool was cloudy; the microwave timer was hard to set and burned up my plastic sinus rinse bottle ( which was microwave-safe); the TV was so hard to figure out that the desk attendant had to come up to get it back on-line; the ac cover and the freezer door both came off.

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Furniture in room was worn. Stains all over the carpet. Mold and rust in bathroom. Bathroom sink basin cracked. Overall room was rundown and dirty.

Disliked: Breakfast was good w/the exception that hash brown potatoes were greasy, bacon a little under cooked. There was Something for everyone.

Had a satisfactory stay

Liked: We landed at Phoenix airport late and when we called to enquire about the shuttle, we were offered pick up through Uber. The pick up happened without much of a wait. Check in was quick. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was a decent spread but the place could get crowded based on occupancy level. Overall we had a good experience.
