Unfortunately no welcome

Liked: Large comfortable bed. Very close to Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Very close to airport.
Disliked: Jordan who 'greeted' us ( he didn't). Kept one hand in his pocket, sorted our keys. No smile, no words of welcome. He didn't check ID. Our 12th hotel in USA in 3 weeks and this was the worst welcome. Carpet in room very grubby.

Liked: It's convenient to where i needed to be.
Disliked: Irs hard to get to the location going south on 129. Sit 10 minutes before i could cross to get to the motel. Traffic is terrible.

Very disappointing and unfriendly front...

Liked: Breakfast was okay and the woman setting it up was friendly.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub area was pretty awful. Elevator floor was sticky and felt dirty. Front desk staff (young man in charge was not friendly at all). Room phone wasn’t working so I had to walk back down stairs to get bedding for the sofa sleeper even though he knew I was going to use it since we had asked if there was a room available with 2 beds. He said no, they were fully booked but not sure I believed him. I don’t think he wanted to bother changing the room in the computer. We are starting to fly in and out of Knoxville often to hike the AT, but we definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Hotel canceled my room to...

Liked: I booked a Park & Fly pkg & checked in 4/16 for 10 nts. After I was in the air on the way to Seattle I rec’d a call saying I could still park there but the hotel stay for 4/26 was canceled! This was the end of Easter Break wk-end & they wanted to be able to charge much higher rates for those customers so they canceled my room booked @ a cheaper rate. I called the hotel from Seattle & was told there was nothing they could do. A day later my credit card # was stolen & I had to cancel my card I had used to book a new room at the same hotel via Booking.com for $300/nte! They called whileI was flying since 6:30 that morning to tell me my credit card didn’t work. I didn’t get the call since my phone was on airplane mode. When I arrived @ the hotel my room had been canceled. I have stayed there several times using Park & Fly but never again!
