Disliked: We didn't have hot water in our room. I informed the front desk on Friday night. I told the supervisor at the desk saturday morning. To which she replied "I didn't hear that". Sunday, departure day, I told the front desk attendant and was told his manager would be in in 15 minutes. A half an hour later, I returned to the front desk, reminded the supervisor of our previous conversation the day before. She did not apologize. She had no explanation other than the building is new. I asked for compensation and all she offered was 10% off of 1 night stay. We were leaving at that moment and I had no energy left to haggle for a better solution. This was $388 for 2 nights! For no hot water, and frankly nobody that cared to offer us anything. We should have been moved from the get-go. The hotel was virtually empty. We would have taken a different room or literally anything other than the meager amount as we were walking out the door. It's a shame because I frequent the area and the hotel is close to where I frequent.

Disliked: worst coffee in the whole world n awful breakfast selection?even w Covid restrictions?was like vending machine selections in cellophane..yuck!
