Superb

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect. We went to Adventureland and only took a matter of minutes to reach hotel
Disliked: We had 6 kids with us and the pool was closed. Web sight said it would reopen on July 5th. This was the 6th. We were able to walk across parking lot to super 8 and use their pool since it was same management.

Pleasant

Liked: The location was close to where we had to be.
Disliked: The beds were hard and left my back sore.

Disappointing

Disliked: 1. The pool was closed2. They never cleaned the room or provided new towels3. The breakfast was sub par and the coffee was bad

A Excellent Experience!!

Liked: It was a wonderful experience while staying at the Comfort Inn in Altoona, Iowa! The staff was awesome, especially Ginger. I had to be rushed to the hospital, the early evening before the next day of returning home to Columbia South, Carolina. The room was very clean. Again thanks, to Ginger for everything you done for me! I was able to get my ticket changed so, I could get home earlier than late evening!

Disliked: Pool was broke and we ordered a king size 1 bed room and was given 2 bed queen room
