Lovely location needs some updates

Liked: The staff here were really friendly and helpful. Facility itself is in a wonderful location right off the interstate, near gas and food. It was a well needed respite after a long day of driving.
Disliked: The furniture in the lobby had visible stains on it. The carpet in the room was careworn and had visible stains on it. I did not feel comfortable, putting my luggage on the floor. Pillows were super uncomfortable.

Mediocre

Liked: The mattress was very comfortable and the room was a decent size.
Disliked: There were stains o. The carpet. The furniture im the lobby was dirty and the bathtub didnt have a grip bar for getting in snd out of the tub

The overall stay was not...

Liked: The location was right off the highway and was clean with comfortable beds.
Disliked: Ran out of breakfast items before an hour after it opened. Several guests told the worker the juice and waffle mix and other items were completely out and he just went back behind the desk and hid.

Disliked: It does not smell fresh in the hotel. Perhaps a change in the cleaning solutions and or deodorizers

Disliked: I wasn’t able to check in early as the manager stated that I could after having a phone conversation. My sheets didn’t smell clean at all!!!!

Liked: In a great location right off the freeway next to a 24/7 gas station . Not far from fast food family dollar and the grocery store
Disliked: Hard beds

Liked: It was reasonably priced
Disliked: They forgot to give me back my driver's license when we checked in at 11:30pm after 12 hours of driving.

Terrible chain of hotels, not...

Liked: A little better maintained the the previous one we stayed at. Was quiet as well.
Disliked: The dinning room didn’t have enough chairs for the amount of tables, workers never came to check the supply of the food, had to always ask for something to be replaced, workers never understood what we where saying as they were foreigners, location was hard to find as there were not any street signs to direct us to the place. Will never stay at this chain again.
