I was disappointed.

Decent hotel, but staff needs...

Liked: Location was great for exploring the area. Easy check in, friendly staff.
Disliked: Room was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. Found someone’s ear bud headphones in bed. Comforter looked clearly dirty. Ice bucket had old popcorn in it and dresser drawers had some trash in them. Room was clearly not properly inspected by staff before arrival. Ice machine was also out of order.

Nice staff, okay rooms, overpriced

Liked: The staff were nice and I had a first floor room and being handicapped, that’s a HUGE plus! BUT I booked through booking.com and on my app it showed the stay was paid for with my points and as nice as the lady was at the front desk, I didn’t get any help figuring out why it showed on her end that I owed the full amount. I had to pay out of pocket and it bled my account dry and booking.com has been intentionally ignoring me and this problem!
