Bed bugs here. Don’t stay...

Disliked: This hotel has bed bugs. And when you try to reach the manager, you can’t. They also won’t return your phone calls. When I asked the front desk person what can be done, she says the manager won’t do anything because I didn’t show anyone at the front desk my bites. Bed bug bites show up a day or two later. I called guest relations and they can only offer points to stay at another comfort inn. You think I want to stay at another one of your hotels??!! Absolutely not.The pictures are brighter than the actual rooms. The rooms are dated and have brown everywhere. Which makes it hard to see any infestations with the naked eye. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone staying at this hotel. PS. The pool is closed for maintenance. Since forever

Disliked: Pool was closed. The facility is not well maintained. I checked in around 5:30pm and the rooms were still being cleaned. There was a delay in receiving a room.

Disliked: The bathroom door wouldn’t even close all the way. The pool was closed for unknown reasons. When we asked for an extra towel to shower they said they didn’t have any towels until after we checked out. The front desk attendant was unpleasant
