Liked: Everything was good the studio,the facilities and I loooooved the bed but only reason rating it a 4 was because our room had no lights in the entire studio and the hit water ran out hence the poor rating other then that
Disliked: No Lights in the entire studio 21,and hot water ran out went luke warm

Liked: Lovely staff and a great restaurant and bar.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the room. We didn't find that out til 10pm at night when an almost cold shower was the only option. Next morning it was ice cold. I asked to speak to a manager upon checking out and was told that they would contact me which never happened.

Disliked: When taking a shower in room 21, the water did not run towards the run off area. The water started filling up the bathroom and heading towards the door. I had to put towels down to stop it from spreading to the kitchen. The curtain didn't help even though it was used.
