Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The front lobby and kitchen felt small and crowded in the morning during breakfast and check out. Felt like you could not move without bumping into someone.And surprised that there wasn't an elevator; at least, I didn't see one for customers.

Liked: Everything was close to what we needed on our trip.
Disliked: My mother brought her blanket in the room. And after the first night. Her blanket disappeared after the cleaning had finished. Her blanket meant a lot to her. I hope you find honesty amongst your workers and return the blanket back.

A great bed, a generous...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, generous hot and cold breakfasts, and an exceptionally comfortable bed with soft sheets, lots of pillows, and a lightweight duvet made staying here a very enjoyable experience. Even though it was located right beside a 4-lane highway, it was very quiet. No carpeting in the pet-friendly room was smart and convenient. Generous parking and easy check-in/check-out made everything quick and efficient. The room cost was reasonable, especially since it included breakfast and parking.
Disliked: The non-carpeted floor meant that the desk chair slipped out from under you if you were not careful when you sat down, as I discovered--ouch! As well, a shower mat or non-slip tape on the shower floor would have made showering less worrisome.

Disappointing

Liked: The property was clean and staff were good.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and too short for me. I’m 6’3” tall, and they didn’t provide enough space to sleep comfortably. The pillows were very small and quite uncomfortable.

Liked: Nice firm bed, walk in shower was wonderful.
Disliked: That the mini fridge did not have a freezer compartment, when we travel we often bring food in a cooler, with freezer packs that need to be frozen. The breakfast area seems very small for the number of rooms, Saturday morning was zoo like, we quickly grabbed a little bit of food and headed back to our room, because there was no place to sit.
