Liked: Proximity to freeway.
Disliked: Old, smelly room and furniture.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome and better than expected.

Liked: The staff went beyond to help us with our checkout, allowing us to stay a little longer to pack up.

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Found a vape pen under the bed. No shower curtain so I tried calling the front desk and the phone didnt work. The tv screen had white lines down the screen. There was a used soap bar in the shower. I questioned the cleanliness of the room.

Disliked: This hotel was extremely overpriced for what it was. The room was old and outdated, it had chipped paint on the walls and the furniture, it didn't feel clean, the drink cups wrapped in plastic had holes in it. I wouldn't be able to recommend this hotel.

Awful experience at this location. It isn't representative of other Comfort Inns.

Liked: The location is close to the freeway.
Disliked: JavaBean's, a wild boar, blocked the rear entrance which is the normal access since the front parking is limited. I notified the front desk about the trash cans being tipped over which were attracting the wild boars. Nothing was done. We were told they come up from the river next door. There shouldn't be trash outside to attract them or at least emptied every evening. We went to the hotel next door and these wild animals were not there. There weren't trash cans out doors either The manager charged us for the night even though we never went into the room. The manager also charged over $25 in taxes along with the room rate. Horrible management.

Liked: I can sleep very well, and it was comfy area of the hotel, quiet and relax floor, thank you about that, I recommend this hotel and will use again as well...
Disliked: parking is crowning a little, I have to parking on the back area and it was very dark that side of the hotel, but the great think they have open from the back to, we just use our key to get in, I feel safe anyways
