Liked: We had a room with a view of the Niagara river. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was perfect for walking to see Niagara Falls.
Disliked: The bathroom was quite small. It was very busy and they ran out of coffee cups, pancake batter, eggs and sausage at breakfast. They were eventually refilled.

Liked: The accommodation is comfortable and clean, the location is ideal, the breakfast is acceptable, however the parking price should have been waived because other hotels provide free parking.

From friendly greetings to helpful recommendations, they were fantastic. Liked: Great location - so wonderful to be that close to all the places we love to walk. And so close to the falls. Really liked that we were able to open the window even if just a few inches. ❤️

Very good location and ample...

Liked: Suite room upgrade. The receptionist gave me adjacent rooms but, unfortunately, one of the rooms was not cleaned and no more housekeepers available. Gave me a suite room but, in the second floor. The other room in the first floor.
Disliked: Late breakfast. Atleast, it should start at 6:00.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was great, the breakfast was divine, and the falls where right there. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on the state side of the falls.
Disliked: Had to pay $5 for parking but it wasn't too bad.
