Liked: The staff was exceptional. When we got to the room, it smelled musty, possibly as if someone had smoked in it, even though its a non smoking room. The person at the front desk immediately gave us a different room, and it was very comfortable and clean.

Liked: Rooms were clean & comfortable & well appointed. Recliner in my room!!! 🙌🙌Good breakfast. Price was good.
Disliked: Guests could only enter building through front doors. All others were locked & card readers did not work. Since not enough good parking in front, guests parked in back had to walk around building. This was very hot during the day & felt unsafe after dark. Also they were doing some construction/renovations which guests had to navigate & left halls a mess. This was workable & is obviously temporary, but a heads up would have been nice. Front desk staff did their job ok but made no real effort most of the time to be friendly. They were not rude, they just were very blasé. Also not dressed professionally. Clothing made them blend in with guests if not at desk. They wore name tags but other than when behind desk, the only way you knew they were staff. Did not seem to exhibit any real interest or pride in their work. Maids were in uniform & were very kind. The parking & outer doors were my biggest concern, but the other things were just disappointing.

Liked: There was an issue with our room not being ready. They addressed the issue quickly and upgraded our room. The quickness to get us into a new room was awesome.
