Disliked: My children and I traveled to Houma to visit with family. I picked this location only because they advertised online that there was an indoor pool. Before purchasing the room for one day, I called this location and spoke to a representative who confirmed that the pool was indoors. After a long drive we arrived to our destination and checked into the room. When it was time to take my children swimming we go out to the pool and it’s an outdoor pool! Immediately I was dissatisfied and felt like I was lied to. Yes the pool is attached to the building so it covered but still outdoors due to the pool not being closed in. The wind was blowing the weather was cold and the water in the pool was freezing. I could have easily stayed somewhere else and I only chose to stay at a hotel only if they had an indoor pool to let my children swim while we were away. This was the only hotel in Houma that I could find online who stated they had an indoor pool. Total disappointment I normally do not write reviews but I would like others to be aware so they are not mislead.
