Liked: The location was convenient to Legoland and Sea life aquarium.
Disliked: Noisy neighbors and a strong smell of Marijuana coming from the room next door. The noise kept the kids awake past 10:30 pm.

Liked: My TV turned on and off starting at 3 o’clock in the morning and the alarm clock started going off at 6 o’clock in the morning. I was disturbed all night.

Liked: Very nice facility, easy access to the freeway.
Disliked: The rooms were prearranged for our staff to check in. Individual names were given, confirmed that everything would be set for them to check in, credit card authorization submitted so it should be a hassle free experience. After 27 minutes, my staff was finally given keys to their rooms. They had a long day, and it made for an even later night. Very frustrating to know that What seems to be a simple request, and was clearly confirmed by the staff when the request/name/payments were made, did not happen and it was extra stress for my team.
