Disliked: Our shower didn’t work and the room’s floor was greasy

Disappointing - Not as Expected

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient to where we were visiting. Liked that it was a non-smoking facility.
Disliked: Room was not clean; I went through and cleaned it with my own Lysol wipes and found it to be quite dirty. There was a used q-tip on the floor in the bathroom. Hotel was not full, yet we had a room with an obstructed view. Showerhead was leaking. Not enough towel rack holders.
