It was just ok. Staff...

Liked: Location was fine. Need a bigger sign as you turn down into parking lot. Breakfast was terrible. Need more variety.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room. Not enough lighting in bathroom.

Liked: This was my 3rd stay at this facility. The staff was friendly most of the time responding to my my greeting.
Disliked: The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the bathroom as there was an old soapbar left from previous tenants. The shower floor was half black. The shampoo bottle was empty. The sink faucet loose. The dark window blind wouldn't raise. Little things but they add up. I will still use this facility as I feel this is the best in this area and convenient when I'm visiting my family.

Liked: location made for easy find.. on and off interstate...room was big.. breakfast was good.. fair amount selection..
Disliked: sitting chair was ok... a room that size.. should have 2 chairs and even a small table between them..

Disliked: Everything, we will start with the staff, when I arrived you had three staff members sitting on the outside bench of the entrance smoking and then going into the hotel. Front desk clerk was not welcoming. Just kind of doing the job. There were big stains on the walkway carpets when we got into our room. My kids didn't even want to use the shower because it had stains all over the shower floor on the walls. I didn't like the way the sink looked. The bed sheets had yellow stains on them as if somebody had urinated or some other kind of stain that they couldn't get out of the sheets and they still continued to use them on the second bed. The sheets had holes in them. It was really unpleasant and when I asked for more sheets those were the same way. I was very uncomfortable all night. The beds were not attached. They could move easily and I was very scared that my kids would fall out of the beds. It was just unpleasant the whole night and I only stayed one night with my family but it was very unpleasant. The room had a smell that was not pleasant. The window shades wakes were torn and the iron looked like it was 10 years old.

Good stay and good value.

Liked: Good location, parking is spacious and well lighted. Staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable but had some maintenance issues - the door closer didn’t fully close my door, a security risk. All in all, a good stay.
