Disliked: Staff indifference, very poor water pressure. Exchange towels not available without argument. Hotel only services room after 3 day stay or checkout.

Liked: Breakfast was great! Hot and cold items with a wide selection. Room was very clean and comfortable. Has a very convenient location. Easy to get to.
Disliked: Nothing

Bad vibe from the start....

Disliked: As soon as we arrived the front desk was not very welcoming. We got our room and went up to take our bags. When we went to leave the room to go get food the door would not lock. We tried many times but it wouldn’t the mechanism would click but not lock. Told front desk. They weren’t very helpful and did not have a good attitude to try and fix the situation. I told them I can’t stay in a room that can’t lock. They told me we couldn’t be moved to another room because they were booked. The maintenance person was not around at the time. I said I want to be refunded, they said only the general manager could do that and he wouldn’t be in until the next day. We had to leave to find somewhere else to stay since we couldn’t stay in a room that can’t lock. I’m currently on a flight back to Japan so I haven’t seen if they refunded yet. I sent a message from the booking.con site about the situation and haven’t gotten anything back. This survey is the first thing. I shouldn’t have to pay for this room. Thanks for your help on this.
