Very comfortable stay. Met all...
Liked: Breakfast area was spacious and comfortable with ample seating. On-duty attendant kept tables cleared and cleaned as well as food trays filled. Lots of choices. Good coffee. Not a goumet breakfast but adequate and better than a lot I've had at this type of hotel segment. The pool, walking distance to town centre and free parking were reasons for selecting this hotel. The hotel is only 5 years old and everything looked well maintained and property nicely landscaped. Staff were very friendly. During 3 night stay, there was no room make up. Appreciated not having to worry about being out of the room for this to happen. Towels dried easily between uses. Lots of towels at the pool. Liked fridge, coffee/tea maker and microwave in room.
Disliked: Don't prefer non dairy coffee whitener in room. Reception gave me some cream. Could also take some back to the room in a cup from the breakfast buffet and keep in fridge.

Disliked: the front desk gentleman was rude , breakfast was horrible burnt bacon and hashbrowns,tv sucked should have smart tv to access net flux or primeto watch movies.

Friendly but poorly structured
Liked: Staff were friendly in tone, greeted us warmly, gave us information panphlets. Its good if you need a place to sleep and most activities are outdoors. Beds were comfy to sleep in. Good temperature maintenance. Coffee and toiletries served. Very nice breakfast!
Disliked: As you enter the building there is pool smell everywhere, you will inhale it a lot. The rooms have poor ventilation, even washrooms don't have exhaust. I had requested king suite, the suite is more of a room, you have no extra faucet or kitchenette, you literally have to fill water for coffee from the washroom (which is going to smell because of poor ventilation). I stayed one night only and I feel really congested. The sheets were not really clean, found few strands of hair on the bed. Developed rash on face after sleeping on the bed one night.
