Liked: The staff was extremely helpful. Both leading up to the stay and once we arrived.
Disliked: There seemed to be a disconnect between Booking.com and the hotel. The confirmation number we had was not showing up in their system.

Liked: Breakfast was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Checkout is at 11 and the pool doesn't open until 10, so with small kids, it's a no go to swim the day you check out. They also didn't have a change table in any of their 3 lobby washrooms. No highchairs for younger kids at breakfast. No tub in the room either. Didn't seem particularly family focused, which felt a bit odd for a beach town that thrives off tourism. Seemed like staff was stretched really thin.

Disliked: Unfortunately, I was told by the staff at the front desk all of the air conditioning units were a problem and that it wasn’t specific to our unit. “They were all like that, they need to be replaced and they are working on them”

Disliked: Sometimes is wi-fi service interrupted.
