Superb

Liked: The amenities, cleanliness, location and overall service from the front desk personnel. Satisfying Continental Breakfast included.
Disliked: Upon arrival, assigning our room that was not serviced and ready for occupancy. Newly assigned room change and was not fully serviced, as there were only one small hand towel and three wash cloth towels in the room. No shower size towels! Room was left unlocked and open when we arrived to occupying the room. After changing the room number, received back only one room card key after orinanally requesting and receiving 2 caed keys. When charging for our two small pets, did not include the tax. Which had to be resolved by crediting the original chard to Master Card and re-charging my Master Card with the charge, plus tax! Other than these inconveniences, feel very comfortable with our stay for one night and the Continental breakfast included is very good, having an ample number of offerings!

Disliked: The pool water looked disgusting! So that was a disappointment for my kids, cause I wouldn’t let them get in it. And the shower rod is falling out of the wall, so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and water went all over the bathroom floor. Staff was fantastic!
