Liked: On time pick up using hotel shuttle from airport. Check in was fast, smooth and easy. Like the room location, which was met with cleanliness. The bed slept well. I needed an extra night stay, and the staff made it easy.
Disliked: My stay went by really fast.

Liked: The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet even though it's right next to a highway.
Disliked: The two receptionists were very unprofessional. Not only did they not greet us upon arrival, they did not even reply to our greeting afterwards. Without even looking at us, they processed our reservation and sent us to our room where we found out that the shower curtain was missing in the tub. When we told the front desk, without a word of apology, they began to chat with each other and replied that they would bring the curtain to the room. No smile, no friendliness, one of the receptionists was actually sitting behind the front desk in a tracksuit and a straw in her mouth.The breakfast was one of the worst we've had in a hotel so far.
