Comfort Inn & Suites

First room put in smelled like a smoking room, but front desk was nice and quick to fix our issue and upgrade us to a non smoking suite. Overall happy with hotel - will stay again.

Liked: Quite close to everything - nightlife, bars etc.
Disliked: Not enough parking.

Liked: We like the location was easy to get around a lot.
Disliked: That the air conditioner went out or something we had to take food to our rooms to eat & the breakfast food was over cooked and they ran out some items but didn't replace them. & The bathtub didn't have a stopper had to stick towels in there to bath.

Liked: I loved how spacious the rooms were, and fairly decent clean. Free continental breakfast! Free wifi, location is great, you're close to most of the attractions like the OKC Zoo, Cowboy Museum, if you shop local you're 4 minutes away from The Old Paris Flea Market.
Disliked: Due to the AC not working downstairs in the lobby we were advised to eat in our rooms. It became difficult for a family of 5 carrying our plates and drinks. We were located on the 4th floor. The pool was semi blue green. So we really didn't enjoy the pool like we would have.

Liked: The front desk clerk was nice.
Disliked: The AC was out the whole weekend downstairs stairs. The temperature was in the 90's in OKC. So, it was hot during breakfast. The elevators were down too. So, I definitely hate it for those who had to carry their luggage to the upper levels.

Disliked: Homeless walking around constantly, people outside all hours of the day drinking, mold when you’re walking in to the pool, hot lobby and hallways, flies everywhere

Disliked: The elevator was broke, the lobby and the hallways were extremely hot, the breakfast tasted old and like the reused from the previous day. There were tons of flies in the lobby, people in the parking lot drinking all day and night, lots of homeless walking around the building, not a great area at all.
