This hotel had the look...

Liked: The hotel was very high-end and not what I expected for the price point. The front desk staff (both night and day) were friendly, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great arrival, stay and departure. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean. The shower was fantastic! The entire property was clean, tidy, and well-done.
Disliked: Nothing. Our entire stay was so pleasant and unexpected for being a stop-along-our-way. I will always stay here moving forward.

Liked: We always like staying here when we visit family in Cheyenne. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and a good breakfast each morning. And, the location is perfect for us.

Good but not cheap on...

Liked: Dog friendly. Close to interstate. Was able to get food delivered from local eatery to my room.
Disliked: Door lock fitting was wonky with wrong screws that were so short they flew out when I tried to see why the bolt lock didn’t work. The safety slider thing worked so I felt safe but let the staff know in the morning so it could be fixed for next guest

Liked: Great parking, clean, fantastic staff, close to the interstate, close to food, great pool, fresh and delicious breakfast!
Disliked: N/A

Friendly, clean, peaceful.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and facilities. Pool and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. I didn't hear other occupants from inside the room, which is rare with hotels. The breakfast was perfect. There were many options and it was all fresh.

A good night's sleep while...

Liked: It was a quiet and comfortable place to rest while on a long car trip. We didn't have time to use the exercise room or the pool, but families with children were having a blast!
Disliked: Televisions in the breakfast room. Not ideal.
