Liked: The rooms were clean, beds and bedding comfortable. Our request for late checkout was accommodated.
Disliked: The hallways smelled like the carpet was old and dirty. The breakfast was awful. Eggs overcooked, pancakes rubbery, orange juice diluted and not pure juice. Coffee was watered down.

Disliked: Cleaning. My room was never cleaned, towels were never replaced and they even put a “do not disturb” sign at my door I guess as an excuse to not clean the room even after complaining

Liked: Breakfast was quite sufficient. It had everything needed for a decent breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and the coffee was quite good!!
Disliked: there were a couple items that were out but that was our timing. I’m sure they were refilled as they were ready. There could have been a better selection of muffins. Only one kind but again, could have been our timing and perhaps more came out after we left. Still it was all quite sufficient and acceptable .

Disliked: The bathroom in our room was not cleaned. The toilet had a ring of scum and the floor had pee all over it. Bathroom not cleaned for days! The room smells horrible. The bed so uncomfortable, pillows unbelievably bad. Not recommended. Waste of money.
