Disliked: The selection was good. Bathrooms need re-doing. Water dripped all the time, looked like black mold. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was great

Gross and disappointing.

Disliked: Hair in our bed and shower. 1 towel for 3 booked people.

Disliked: Black mold on tge corner ansmd shelf in the shower. The comforters on the bed were wrinkled and dirty

Waste of money.

Liked: Run down, the bed was comfortable but that was the only good point. We were charged by booking.com and by comfort inn for the one night stay. Still trying to get our refund for that.
Disliked: The shower/tub leaked all over when we took showers. The toilet seat was horrible, the hotel needs upkeep. Not enough towels in the room either.

Rude front desk clerk

Liked: Nothing!!
Disliked: Everything! I did not stay!! I need a refund! Immediately.. I got to the hotel and wen I went to check in the staff was rude and said "I see your from Gray,ky " I said yes she said "we don't rent to locals I said I just rented a room within the last 30 days and she said that they have never rented to locals unless it's approved. I said I will pay full price instead of the price off booking she said NO
