It was a semi decent...

Liked: The location was nice and easy to access right off the interstate. Our room was spacious and clean. Most of the staff was decent and friendly.
Disliked: As guests we would have loved having more than two towels in the bathroom, as we were there for 4 nights, and guest services only cleaned our room one time, which we had to ask for. The ice maker on the second floor wasn't working, as well. The ice maker on the 1st floor is disgusting, as if it hadn't been cleaned. The first night we were there the entire hotel lost power, which is no fault of their own. However it also happened a second time, which to me if it continued to happen there should have been some type of reimbursement for guest, as stuff we had in the mini fridge could have gone bad or rancid. Also once you lose power, clocks tend to not work and alarms do not work,thank goodness for cell phone alarms. We were also very upset with the pricing for each night, there in no common sense way should have charged us almost $200 for ONE Night, over the weekend, for one of the four nights, our stay should not have been over the $600 we paid, especially in a time of Crisis for our family. Your front service clerk, should have been a little more helpful and paid attention to their guests. We stood in front of her for about 15 minutes before she even noticed us, so we could ask for guest services and extra towels, because she was on her cell phone. And my final and biggest complaint is the Safety Hazard of the Laundry carts in the main stairwell, do you that this is a fire safety hazard. We used the stairs the entire time of our stay, due to the elevator being further away than the stairs. The empty laundry cart stayed at the bottom of the stairwell, our entire stay. I would be mortified if there was a fire or safety issue and people could t get safely out due to the laundry cart being placed there.
