We had an absolute blast

Liked: Room for my high support needs son to run around and kick a ball. Staff were very kind. Pool,hot tub, and deck were where we spent a lot of our time
Disliked: Breakfast could be better and maybe switch up the proteins sometimes

Liked: We loved water slides, we liked friendly staff

Liked: Room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed as well.
Disliked: The pool was closed at 9 pm which was very early compared to other hotels, it was a disappointment for sure. And breakfast was over by 9 am which again is very early in comparison to others.

While the stay was not...

Liked: It was not difficult to find, and the lobby was clean & welcoming. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not great.
Disliked: We found a pair of dirty, used panties on the floor between the bed & the nightstand in our room. Another thing that was irritating was the coffee maker placed on a special shelf, with no electrical outlet anywhere nearby. Also, in the bathroom under the counter, there was a poorly placed piece of drywall, just placed in front of a hole where it appeared that some work had been done, leaving an easy access point for rodents. Also, on our last day, as we were packing to leave, we found what appeared to be a dried piece of rodent feces in our bed, but since we couldn’t be sure, we didn’t mention it. Also, at the waffle station in the breakfast bar, there was no butter, or even margarine available for the waffles, and the syrup container seemed to be rigged so that no more than two pumps of syrup could be dispensed. This was annoying, especially when there was no butter! It resulted in a very dry waffle. I would like to say though, that the staff was friendly and helpful, and very apologetic about the underwear situation.

Poor

Disliked: Staff were not very polite. Facility was not very clean. They were doing me a favour by being there the rate was not cheap. In addition I asked for an early check in. I phoned x2 was told it was not a problem. Upon arrival I was told no. I was also told it was an additional $50. That was the first time I was told that.

It was ok

Liked: It was close to where we wanted to be
Disliked: It’s the details, eg I didn’t expect linen changed every day the bed clothes were just roughly pulled over the bed, when we got back in the evening the room didn’t feel fresh
