Superb

Liked: The beds were amazing! The staff were lovely and the process was super easy to check in and out. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great!
Disliked: In the morning, when sometimes people are trying to have a sleep in, the cleaning staff were super loud. One lady was talking non stop on the phone at a loud level and it was really annoying.

Liked: The breakfast was fine. The staff very friendly.
Disliked: It would have been helpful to be informed about the construction of the Sky Train line at the time of booking.

Liked: The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The refrigerator in the room was not working. I had my son's medicines with me so I had to leave them downstairs with the management we stayed there for around five nights and every day I had to go downstairs to get the medicine and then give it to my son.

Liked: Hotel rooms were clean. The guy at the breakfast buffet was super nice and made the waffle for us and even brought it to our table.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better for the price. Personal was okay but not overly welcoming. Not very eco-friendly to have disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast.
