Disapointed had friends and family...

Liked: Paid for room online was refused room for 100 dollar deposit we had ..... all that work to be treated like garbage and cancelling before the fact tells alot it not what they like refuse you even after paying online credit card ....
Disliked: Rude staff young women canelled my room before she even told us
