Liked: Clean and comfortable hotel with easy access to I-335. Close to many food options. Excellent breakfast included. Hot coffee available even after breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about - well done!

Exceptional

Would stay here again when...

Liked: Room was quiet. Bedding was comfortable. Had a fridge with a small freezer so I could refreeze the ice packs we were using for our coolers in the car.
Disliked: We were pulling a camper and there was no place to park it on site.

Liked: Room was comfortible and bed was great. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Disability rooms are not close to entrance or elevator for people with mobility issues.

Despite being nice otherwise, we...

Disliked: Checked in with 1 & 1/4 rolls toilet paper and 3 sheets kleenex in box.. Due to bathroom emergency during night, ran out of toilet paper. Called desk in morning to request another roll, told to come get it myself so I had to get dressed before using the bathroom to go get toilet paper. Worker could at least have sounded sympathetic. Other similar hotels on our trip left an additional roll if one was low. Also expected more kleenex.

Liked: Rooms were spacious with a desk & a large side chair. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean, breakfast was good!
Disliked: Freeway noise. Busy area with a lot of other hotels & traffic. Outside area needs more sidewalks along front of property to pull luggage or for using side doors. Side door steps need repair.
