Disliked: Breakfast was repetitive could be switched up or have more options.

Horrible customer service

Liked: The only positive was how close the property was to my daughters college
Disliked: The pillows were absolutely horrible. They were the worst pillows ive ever in my 41 years used. It caused me to pinch a neverve in my neck. The very rude and unapproachable woman who checked me out at 6am on 7/28/25 had dark mid length hair. She didn't smile, didn't ask how my stay was or tell me to have a nice day. My daughter said she was very rude to be in hospitality. I managed a Hiton for 5 years and I couldn't believe the lack of politeness and friendliness. Because of this I will never stay at this location. The man who checked me in on 7/25/25 that evening was very friendly, informative and nice. The rude woman is in the wrong job and should be held accountable for her rudeness and acting like we were a bother for checking out. The walls in room were thin. Could hear the kid next to us screaming all night as well, and the bed sheets felt wet our whole stay.

Very nice hotel and Andy...

Liked: The bathroom floor needs a good scrubbing, especially close to walls and baseboard. You can't close the drapes. Bummer.The "clerk when we arrived," Andy, was extremely helpful and courteous.

Perfect location near Pisgah NF

Liked: Excellent location for lodging if your goal is to explore Pisgah NF and the Blue Ridge Parkway .
Disliked: Floors in the room were not the cleanest.
