Liked: Friendly staff and clean but something caused me to break out.
Disliked: The fact I caught something at this hotel broke out all over my face and hands itching and burning swollen face whatever their using to clean or whatever caused this never will stay at this hotel again!!! Breakfast also sucked was not what I was expecting.

Liked: The room was clean and updated
Disliked: The location was horrible. I was originally put on the main floor but asked to be moved to a higher level because we didn’t feel safe. When we left the next morning people were smoking pot in the parking lot. The swimming pool had no water in it so that was a waste. Our second room had no air conditioning and it’s June. The room was almost 90 degrees. We moved to a 3rd room that was acceptable. The next morning we left the hotel at 8:35 am. Went for breakfast and there was nothing in the breakfast area. No hot food, not a piece of bread for toast, no fruit nothing but some dry cereal. When I asked the desk person if she was going to put more food out she was too busy on a personal phone call to attend to it. I asked for a receipt at the same time and she got mad at me and said “do you want food or the receipt, just give me 2 minutes”. I got the receipt because she had charged me $100 deposit the night before incase we smoked. Regardless my family left without breakfast.

Disliked: there were fees for everything. there was a fee if you wanted a late check out which i've never seen before.also a deposit on the room even the room was paid for in full prior to me arriving to the hotel.

Liked: The location close to everything , the mattress needs chaning and new pillows.. Lee at the front desk was very helpful
Disliked: The carpet needs a deep clean or it could be that it us wet, however there is smell or water in the carpet especially when the air condition comes on.

Disliked: The staff We had a tv that DIDN'T work in the room for 2 days. We had to move to another room with no assistance from staff only to find that the refrigerator DID NOT work for the remaining 2 days. There was no shower curtain in the 2nd room the lady at the desk handed me a shower curtain and I HAD TO HANG IT MYSELF! I called the front desk and noone answered so I went down stairs and he was sitting away from the phone eating! And to top it off someone tried to BREAK INTO OUR ROOM! So it's safe to say i WILL NEVER stay at a comfort Inn ever again! I have never experienced anything like this in all my travels
