Worth the money, will go...

Liked: Pleased with everything. The pool was amazing we swam for 3 hrs. The water was warm. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good. We upgraded to a hot tub suite at check in. The hot tub is a nice size. The bed was soft, the pillows were new.
Disliked: Ants in the room on the nightstand. It was addressed by the front desk staff.

We won’t be back to...

Liked: Location was convenient for our purposes of visiting family.
Disliked: At check-in around 5 PM, there were no key cards! WTF? The staff person informed me I’d have to wait until the manager arrived. Not acceptable. I was let into our room to off load suitcases but wasn’t going to wait around for a manager. The receptionist took my name and assured me there would be a key when we returned later. When we all returned at 10 PM, it was indeed available.As we were getting our 4 and 2 year olds to sleep, we heard a dripping noise coming from the AC unit. The floor was already soaked. Went to the lobby to report the issue and asked to be moved in the morning as moving at 10:30 PM with kiddos was not suitable. Moved in the morning. In the new room the bathroom had a strong order of rotten eggs. When I reported this issue, I was dismissed with a “sorry”.Needless to say, we won’t be back here.
