Enjoyed stay. Went to Burl's Creek to see The Hip. $38 cab ride to venue - would have appreciated a shuttle or a much lower rate for a taxi!

Liked: Friendly staff; excellent location.
Disliked: Smoking room "block" was very smelly.

Disliked: The shower head was terrible - almost impossible to get soap off. The breakfast selection was good but the seating is subpar - only room for about 20 people and the hotel was full so we often didn't bother to have the breakfast there. Parking is insufficient for the types of vehicles that park there.

Disliked: Minor maintenance issues-tripping hazard on ramp to first floor rooms, bulb blown out in light next to bed.

Liked: Conviently located near highway and the room was clean.
Disliked: Driveway and parking full of potholes. No option to hang clothes in room, first hotel room I’ve stayed in with no closet or hanging system. I also had trouble with my room key and had to walk to reception twice to rectify.
