Disliked: Breakfast hot food was lukewarm. And noisy teenagers in hallways outside rooms until 2am

Disliked: Breakfast was fair. Large group of teen boys also staying on same floor were noisy running up and down halls until 2am.

Disliked: I was not informed at check in that people would be working outside my window.I checked in and went to my room and opened my curtain where I saw construction buckets and metal scaffolding.I had not unpacked yet so I went to the front desk and inquired what was happening and was told no they would not be working on that section yet.So I went and unpacked and heard voices and opened the curtain and there was a man on the scaffolding and another by the tree smoking.I went back to desk and asked clerk for another room as I was a woman traveling alone and I did not feel safe.She told me there were none.I said I would like to speak to manager,which she called and the manager told me no more rooms and also there were signs posted about the construction.NO WAY! Only signs were for maintenance on pool which I did not plan on using.The clerk had manager on speaker which she then pointed to small piece of paper that I could not read except if I had magnifing glass.Manager was rude on phone.Clerk did check me out with no charge on CC

Liked: Nice location to our conference. Easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Staff helped out when key didn’t work to room
Disliked: A little noisy with construction being done.Floors had been washed when we came in about 9pm so were a little slippery, and with people walking on them, they looked even dirtier. Didn’t know we had to ask for clean towels the next day, so we had to get new towels late at night,
