Liked: Location was great for our needs Staff were pleasant
Disliked: No wifi reception in room and only a limited signal in the hallway. Pool was not available. Rates doubled due to race weekend.

Unnecessary hostility at check-in and...
Liked: The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: I was told by the night shift when I arrived and by the morning staff as I was checking out that I could "stay somewhere else" and "shouldn't book with comfort inn and suites in the future". We checked in to this hotel later in the evening after traveling 11 hours. At this time I was asked for my card and ID which I produced. My husband asked if they were taking a copy of my card as well as my ID. When I asked why they were taking a picture of my card she said it was their policy. When I showed concern with her having a copy of my card and ID by telling her I didnt feel comfortable with that she stated I could "stay somewhere else" if I didn't want them to have the copy. There could have been a conversation instead of dismissal. We decided to stay but my husband and I talked about it before going to sleep and again at breakfast. After searching the internet for some answers, there was a site that stated I could request the copy of my card back upon checkout. When I did, again expressing my feeling of discomfort with the copy, a second staff gave me the copy back. She was blunt and rude when she stated they keep copies of cards for 6 months because some people dispute their stay then told me if I don't feel comfortable giving a copy of my card then I "shouldn't book with comfort inn and suites in the future". I told her she is the second staff that has told me not to stay or book here. She just dismissed me by smirking (not smiling) and telling me to have a nice day before returning to what she was doing. My family travels often and my kids are growing so we need suites or two rooms and a copy of my card has never been asked before. Even though everything else was great, I will not book with this hotel again because of these two consistent interactions with your staff.

Disliked: I’m disappointed because I paid for my stay and it 3 days ago which was 3 weeks after I stayed and paid that’s additional 172.50 is on hold from my account
