Terrible. Regretfully.

Liked: Nothing. The hotel was terrible, a motel would have better.
Disliked: Everything. The rooms were dirty, tubs clogged, holes in the walls. Furniture deteriorated badly, carpets had a terrible odor, beds were sunken in and lumpy, baseboards were separating from the walls, poor lighting the bathrooms,. Stains on the lining. We changed rooms three times in 24 hours then decided to cancel our stay. All of the rooms were gross. To make it worst, there were prostitution occurring in the hotel. Terrible establishment. No one stay there, especially not with kids!

Disliked: Air conditioner sounded like someone scrunching tissue paper all night long. I reported it to the desk.

Liked: The Inn is close to gas station, a good deli shop, fast-food restaurant, but just a warning that it’s in a ghetto neighborhood.
Disliked: It’s a very run down facility. Lamps on hallway wall were missing cover. Elevator tile floor was cracked. The place smells bad. Everything was dirty such as the carpet, the curtain was ripped and dirty, dirt was visible, I even saw hair that weren’t mine on the bed the first night we were there, the bathroom sink was missing a faucet cover, water dripped in the bathtub all night and day. Even when they come to do the daily housekeeping services, hairs were still on bathroom floor, so no vacuuming. Animal or human waste was in the parking lot on the side of the building. We accidentally stepped on when we came back late one night and had to park there.We will not return to this location.

Liked: Outlet on light was cracked and shocked my child. Told the front desk and they said maintenance could look at it the next morning. Only one bed had a comforter.

Liked: the room was nice, clean, roomy.
Disliked: There was only one elevator that worked. It seemed like the cleaning staff were using it as well as five floors of guests. So sometimes there was a wait time to get it. Is that even legal?

Liked: The front desk was very acceptable to listening to problems with the hotel that they need to fix. They also gave me a 25% discount for my troubles.
Disliked: I was on the 4th floor and when you stepped out from the elevator it was like hitting a sauna. 2 of the air conditioner units to the left of the elevator were unplugged near the ice maker unit that was flooding the floor. The A/C unit that was down the hallway also did not work. My rooms temperature would not go below 74 and I tried setting it to 60.
