Very good

Liked: The staff was very kind and professional. Free breakfast is definitely a plus. Close to shopping, restaurants, and expressways. I enjoyed the indoor pool. I requested and was given a late check-out time.
Disliked: My flight was arriving late on my arrival day. I emailed the hotel to let them know my approximate arrival time, and they communicated back, letting me know they would be prepared. However, the room assigned was not ready. They gave me another room immediately. I felt a dampness in the room. I don't know if it had something to do with the weather outside or the room AC unit. I did let the front desk know of my concern.

It was ok.

Liked: Lobby area is roomy. Cute decorations at Easter.
Disliked: The pool was extremely chlorinated and both of my children that went swimming got a bad rash and I washed their bathing suits multiple times and couldn’t get the potent smell of chlorine out of them so I had to throw them away.

Liked: The people were so nice Polly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed and I’ve traveled a lot .
Disliked: It was easy on and off when leaving

Liked: Room had been recently redone. Big variety for breakfast. Convenient location.
Disliked: Room needs to have one comfortable cushioned chair to sit in.

Liked: I thought the entrance was stunning. The staff was very kind and welcoming.
Disliked: The air conditioner was broken and loud. The TV volume was up but the sound was low and could barely hear it. The beds were not that comfortable. All together the room was not very comfortable.
