Comfort Inn & Suites

I had a two week...

Liked: Clean, comfortable bed, quiet, helpful and friendly staff. Air Conditioning broke and replaced immediately. I would highly recommend this inn.

Not very comfortable

Liked: Pool, breakfast
Disliked: The room was very damp and smelly. The furniture and floor felt wet and towels wouldn't dry. It was the first floor which appeared slightly below ground level. Eventually we figured out the dry option on the air conditioner but it still should have been dehumidified before we arrived. The door handle to the bathroom had to be turned a few times to latch and close.

Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, room smelled musty

Disliked: No maid service unless requested.

Disliked: I booked a queen room and the bed was most definitely a double at best. The bathroom had a wierd smell to it and the price for my room VS a suite were the same. Would not recommend
