Liked: Fairly inexpensive, friendly staff, and comfy beds. Waffles were good at breakfast and I liked the lemon water in the lobby.
Disliked: The old, dirty, smelly carpets. We stayed for 4 nights and had to request room cleaning, garbages be emptied, sheets changed and towel exchange on the third day.

The stay was not what...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: There were stains in bed. Was steadily itching like there’s bed bugs in the bed. Internet didn’t work.

Welp...

Liked: The staff is nice.
Disliked: Housekeeping only came once in 3 days. And the breakfast lady lingers and watches everyone. Makes it feel very awkward getting food. Also, very limited on breakfast. Extremely watery eggs and horrible coffee.

Memorable Stay International Traveler

Liked: Entire staff; accommodating, helpful, engaging. It was MY last week of work before retirement. Upgraded me to a specious suite. Will be my go to hotel when flying out of DTW. I urge others to do the same.
