horrible first night, second night...

Liked: typical breakfast at any motel
Disliked: when reserving our ,I requested a room away from traffic noise, ended up with a room faciing the highway, heard every truck that went by, then the room next door had the tv up loud enough we could hear the shows they were watching from the time we got there till we got up in the morning actually went outside at 2 till 4:30 am just to unwind. complained in the morning and was moved to a room where we requested

I did not get to...

Liked: I didn’t get access to my room because they charged my card for a pet fee and than refused to give me access unless I paid two additional pet fees claiming the first transaction never went thru even though my banks customer service confirmed with the hotel that the charge had been debited from my bank.
Disliked: They are rude and would not give me access to my room after r they charged my card twice and then demanded I pay a third time
