Very good
Liked: The staff were very nice. I had booked through booking.com and paid. When I arrived at the hotel I was told your service had sent an invalid virtual card. I was very frustrated and had to pay them again even though you had already taken the fee. Not their fault but they were supportive and made an unsuccessful attempt to resolve it.
Disliked: The above situation was frustrating after a long travel day.

Renovation in the last year...
Liked: decent breakfast, very supportive bed (new) with good selection of pillows, nice shower, plenty of towels. Heating airconditioning made comfortable sleeping. Staff very helpful
Disliked: had to go down to desk to rekey our card (no one seemed surprised that I had to do this), toilet too close to the door, lots of TV channels, but no access to streaming Netflix.

Disliked: When i checked in i asked if they had my card on file from my booking and i was told no. They told me i needed to swipe my card, so i did. Then the man behind the counter did something and then told me that it didn't show up in there system and told me to swipe again. I asked was my card going to be charged twice and he told me no. Before i swiped a second time i got a notification that my card had been charged, so i showed it to him and he said that he didn't see it. I swiped again and got a second notification. They insisted that my card wasn't being charged twice. The manager came out and looked at the computer and asked me for my card and then said the card in the system had a different number. I told the manager that i asked the first man if i had a card in the system and he told me no and now you are saying that there was one. I don't know what kind of games they were playing. They asked me to sign the screen and i asked what it was for and they said to confirm that your information was right and i said what information. I never saw anything to confirm. They said it was for the information on my ID card. I asked about the payment and the manager said that it should only charge me the one time and that the other charge would drop off. It didn't. When i checked out the manager gave me his number to call if it didn't come off the next day. Well here it is the next day. I called the manager gave my name, told him why i was calling and he told me he would call me back. Waiting on a call back.
