I booked this property months...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Especially the Staff. Unfriendly and Unprofessional. Front desk young lady "Ty" was yelling while on the phone with Booking.com agent and using foul language. She was absolutely no help in getting our issue resolved, which she mentioned numerous times that it was not HER problem.
Disliked: Everything. The Front Desk young lady "Ty" allowed my family and I to walk away and find a different property in the middle of the night after almost 3 hours of our issue not being resolved and after driving over 12 hours to this property. Never again.

Disliked: It took 10 minutes for the water to get hot.

Liked: No hot water. No remote for the TV. No mirror in the bathroom. Door did not close properly. But the worst part was getting to the hotel to check in and being told booking.com's card was declined after it was already paid and came out my account. Which left me having to pay for the room AGAIN coming out of my account again!! Unacceptable!! I will be canceling my future reservation for June!! Overall a horrible experience!!
