Disliked: I had to change rooms 3 times. The doors, out of service except the entry door. All vending machines, out of service. No drinking water. The Bath tub so horrible, I couldn't shower. Rooms smelled.etc. worst hotel experience ever

Murphy Comfort Inn

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: The mattress and pillows were awful. The toilet seat was broken. The water was 1 temperature (boiling hot), and the remote for the TV was broken. The fire alarm went off at 4 a.m., and they told us to just take it off the wall. There is a 1 inch crack under the room door that let in a bright light all night.They say it is a pet friendly location , but they forgot to mention that the dog is an additional $35 per night

Disliked: Really customer service was not a thing. We got moved rooms due to the restroom not working. It was an apparent "upgrade" that included a pull out sofa instead of a bed. No pillows come with the pull out couch so my kids had to sleep without pillows. When asked to speak with the manager, there are non existent even days after we stayed there.
