Liked: The location of this hotel was ideal for our visit. It is close to various restaurants and stores.
Disliked: The hotel smells of strong disinfectant and I found that unpleasant. There were many things that needed to be cleaned or repaired that would improve the look and feel of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing and the same each day. The toaster didn't work unless the lever was held in place, so you had to stand there blocking everyone else to toast a bagel. Why didn't they go across the street to Walmart and just buy a new toaster? The room itself was okay. It was clean as was the bathroom. The linens, especially the towels, were very nice...thick and soft.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was really comfortable, and the room was nice and cool when we got there.
Disliked: Our shower didn't work, so I called the front desk to let them know. She pretty much brushed it off because I was staying one night. After traveling I wanted a hot shower before bed. The room had what looked like to be mold on the curtain, there was I'm guessing pee stains on the side of the tub. All around it was not worth the money for just one night.

Pleasant

Liked: The service was good staff was very nice and the room was clean.
Disliked: The only issue was that there was no cold water in the shower the water only came out boiling hot and would not turn off completely and was running all night making the room extra hot. Since we were on the first floor you could hear very loudly when people would go in and out of their rooms because the doors would slam.

Liked: The communication before i got to the hotel with the front desk was good and very accommodating since i missed my flight
Disliked: My room was never attended to even after i requested it to be cleaned. Stayed 4 nights, and no change of towels or sheets or room got cleaned.I was out almost the whole day and will get back to my room at about 3am in the morning and meet the same thing. Some of the towels i had were stained. The bathroom wall wasn't well cleaned. No room service even after i requested

A quiet and serene environment...

Liked: You have a pleasant and helpful staff. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient; they are ready to go to any length to help customers. The rooms are very comfortable and rooming. Free Breakfast: with a good variety of options. And the dedication of the breakfast attendant in ensuring the food was replenished and the area was clean was excellent. I will definitely introduce my friends to Comfort Inn at Wylie TX, I will come again to use your facility any time I travel out of my station.
Disliked: Cleaning the room every 3 days which I believe was not enough. The Hotel rooms are generally cleaned daily, even for extended stays.
