Great quality, amazing 4 night...

Liked: Me and my boyfriend loved how helpful the front desk staff were, good breakfast served every morning, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night before bed, our room was very clean and had a good amount of space, very comfortable and a quality hotel :)
Disliked: Our room key had some troubles but the front desk staff were great and very helpful, overall nothing bad to say!

The hotel was clean and...

Liked: Breakfast was minimalist, but better than some I have experienced. Hotels are cutting back on the free breakfast when that is the opposite of what they should do. For many, it is the last thing they see about the hotel and to scrimp here could lead to bad reviews. I heard some others saying the same thing among themselves...
Disliked: The lack of variety and missing of some standard items from the past. And some of the things they did feature were not good quality or very small portions, And the garbage cans did not look like they had been emptied from the previous day. Also my room did not have a refrigerator and the ice machines in the hall were out of order...

Mediocre

Liked: The staff was friendly. There was an issue with the AC in our initial room and when we requested to be moved to a different room, the staff had no issues with promptly moving us to a new room. Also, we showed up at the tail end of the continental breakfast and one of the kitchen workers immediately brought out some new food when they saw us. Good central location.
Disliked: The room and hotel itself was very outdated and it didn't appear to be 100% cleaned.
