No sleep from bugs freaking...

Liked: Close to the event we were doing.
Disliked: Getting ready to go to sleep and one of the beds had a large palmetto. Freaked me out so that was the end of my sleep. Got up in the night and went to bathroom and another smaller palmetto in the sink. Like really over $200 for the night and bugs. Got an apology email for compensation. Never again

Disliked: They only clean your room if you request it and act rather put out if you ask for it.

This hotel was a pleasant...

Liked: Was very comfortable, clean and nice. Exceeded the Marriott we stayed at next, although the price was the same. .
Disliked: It was perfect for our needs, and we plan to stay there again when we are in the area.
