Pleasant stay.

Liked: Breakfast!! You had all the necessities. Hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and I really liked the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion depensers in the bathroom.
Disliked: The pillows had an odor.

Nice clean room and comfy...

Liked: Clean room. Nice comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. Staff responded well to an issue (a/c) and allowed us to switch rooms the 2nd day.

Expensive for the quality.

Liked: The staff was friendly. The towels were soft.
Disliked: The pillows were mushy. The bathroom was dirty. There was toothpaste in the sink.

Disliked: Ac didn’t work in our room. They had a stand alone unit and it wasn’t . Moves to another room with no hassles at all. It never got below 75 degrees and was so humid the furniture had a slick wet feel. Didnt notice it immediately but after being out all day the room smelled musty. We had an extended stay booked but cancelled after 2 days. Too hot, loud and uncomfortable. Staff was phenomenal!

Liked: The location was great and the room it was big and comfortable. I needed hot water to prepare a tea and they have it available at the dinner room as well as a microwave.
Disliked: The room felt humid. The carpet was wet on some areas. Also, they applied a fee of $53 for my dog (a yorky). However, I think this is a Booking issue, because they should include that fee at the moment of the booking. I ending paying almost $200 for only a night. Better options around!
