Extremely clean reasonably priced.

Liked: The property was extremely clean. We checked in on a Friday later in the day and have some maintenance issues right away with our room and they couldn’t be fixed until Monday so we ended up having to switch rooms. The main issue was the card reader on the door so we ended up switching cards about six or eight times before we finally switched room so that was a big PIA.
Disliked: Weekend maintenance was not available. I overheard someone else talking about a maintenance issue and frustrated that it could not be addressed also.Drinking water was only available in the lobby and it was filled with lemon so there was nowhere to get fresh drinking water without lemon. Bathroom water is heavily salted with water softener salts. The ice machine ice tasted funky so freshwater availability was really an issue.

Liked: When the shuttle broke down, the shuttle driver used her own car until a substitute was available as she knew how important she was to us utilizing the Mayo clinic. The staff has Empathy.
Disliked: Nothing. They really try to meet your needs
