Comfort Inn & Suites Voorhees/Mt. Laurel

Front desk person was rude. The fridge in the room didn’t work and smelled horrible. Children were running thru the hallway all night unsupervised until an adult finally yelled and made them stop. And there was a continuous slamming of a door the entire stay like every 20 minutes. Worst place I have ever stayed.

The worse hotel I’ve ever...

Liked: The only thing we liked about the property was the location to the wedding that we were in town for.
Disliked: The property was EXTREMELY outdated, the front staff was not friendly or welcoming upon our arrival (he did not even greet us), the room was in POOR condition - the sheets on the bed were dirty - and the bathtub was not cleaned neither.

Liked: The hotel room looked nicely painted and decorated.
Disliked: They never once cleaned the room, overall the room looked minimally cleaned to begin with and presentation of everything was extremely poor. There was 2 flat sheets on either side of a duvet for bedding. No duvet cover. Towels were scattered throughout the shelves, no bath mat to be seen, 4 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and 3 bath towels. Fridge was not plugged in and even after I plugged it in and it was running on the highest setting our whole first day, it was still far warmer then our coolers were after sitting in our hot car all day with just ice. Every surface of the hotel looked like it needed at least a quick wipe down if not a deep clean done. Never once saw a single cleaning staff. Desk staff barely talked to me and was just factual. Never friendly. Never greeted me. Breakfast was pretty minimal and most of us couldn’t find food we liked for a decent breakfast and had to go elsewhere.
